Shipping Costs
Shipping cost is already included in the product price. The customer need not pay anything extra for shipping.
Warranty Returns
Mistical offers one year warranty on The Mist Box. The Blowtorch, wood chips and other accessories are not covered in the warranty..
Delivery Terms
Transit Time
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 5 working days.
Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within one business days of order placement
Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation
Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking AWB using which they will be able to track their shipment on our website.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, kindly connect with us via phone or email within 10 days of the delivery.
Sales Tax
GST applicable (@18%) has already been included in the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
Process for parcel damaged in-transit
We will send a replacement if the goods are received in damaged condition. The customer just needs to send a picture of the damaged shipment on our email that is info@mistical.in along with their order ID and the name under which the order was placed.
